How do I increase my site visibility to search engines?
Note: Page descriptions are set for each page separately in its Page Settings.
Note: Index pages don't negatively impact SEO; search engines ignore everything after a hash (#) in the URL of the Index page.
Optimized Page Titles
Optimizing title formats is another way to give higher priority to content in individual pages or items (blog posts, for example) than you give to your homepage.
Site Title First
If you want the site as a whole to match all search terms related to your site content, you can place the Site Title first. The purpose of placing the Site Title first in the page title ordering scheme is to draw search attention to your site title or brand, rather than individual pages.
Collection or Item Titles First
Some site owners want to draw attention to individual elements of their site. Bloggers, for example, want to have each of their blog posts rank highly in searches. The focus of attention is on the titles of posts, rather than the site title. Whether or not you place them first,Page Titlesare important for search engines. Use keywords in Page Titles and incontentof your pages.
Changing the Title Order
You can change the Site Title, Page Title, and Item Title order in SEO Settings.
In the Home Menu, click Settings, then click SEO.
