Abstracts of conference papers

The conference only accepts the abstracts of the papers that are not published and the headline is March 30, 2013. The abstract should be about 1,000 words with key words listed out. Both Chinese and English versions are needed with a 200-word introduction of the author. The selected abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
