Located near Raleigh, NC we are an innovative website and marketing solutions provider. We are currently looking for a Lead Developer to manage our web development team.

What you need for this position:

- 5+ years of Web Development experience
- Expert knowledge of PHP
- Expert knowledge of MySQL
- Experience working with a CMS (preferably Drupal)
- Experience with Responsive Web Design
- Leadership/Management experience

What you'll be doing:

- Manage our web development team in creating user friendly, well structured, and scalable software- on-time and with minimal defects.
- Provide guidance and insight on development techniques and methodologies.
- Write clean, well-engineered code that conforms to accepted standards within the Drupal community.
- Manage a team of 2-3 developers
- Drive traffic and conversions to the site through a combination of branding and usability, on page optimization, technical SEO, content creation, PPC, and local search strategies.
