元器件交易网讯 7月22日消息，根据诺基亚供应链的来源消息称，诺基亚预计将向台湾ODM厂商发布更多手机订单，包括智能手机和功能手机，以降低其研发费用。诺基亚把重点放在Lumia平台的智能手机和Asha(阿莎)平台的功能手机。诺基亚计划在2013年第三季度推出新Windows 8机型Lumia 625智能手机。

　　消息称，外包给仁宝通讯（Compal）的Lumia 625将配备一块4.7英寸的显示屏，并采用高通1.2GHz双核处理器。该机定价在320美元，主要针对中档智能手机市场。

　　诺基亚公布其Lumia手机在2013年第二季度的出货量为740万台，较上一季度增加32%，并反映出客户对Lumia产品的需求不断增长。其功能型手机第二季度出货量环比下降4%至5370万台。公司CEO斯蒂芬·埃洛普（Stephen Elop）表示，自从第二季度末，公司的移动电话业务部门已开始展现复苏的迹象，其Asha 501的发布也为100美元以下的市场带来了新设计和用户体验。

　　据业内人士透露，随着第二季度其设备和服务部的营业利润率为负1.2%，功能手机的平均售价仅26美元，为使其手机业务重新复苏，诺基亚仍然需要实施更灵活的政策。

　　Nokia is expected to release more handset orders, including smartphones and feature phones, to Taiwan-based ODMs to reduce its R&D expenses as the vendor is now focusing on Lumia platform for smartphones and Asha platform for feature phones, according to sources at Nokia"s supply chain.

　　Nokia reported that shipments of Lumia phones totaled 7.4 million units in the second quarter of 2013, increasing 32% from the previous quarter and reflecting strong demand from customers for a broadened Lumia product range.

　　But feature phone shipments decreased 4% sequentially to 53.7 million units in the second quarter. However, CEO Stephen Elop, said that the company"s mobile phones business unit has started to demonstrate some signs of recovery since the latter part of the second quarter, and the release of Asha 501 at the end of the second quarter has brought a new design and user experience to the highly competitive sub-US$100 market.

　　With an operating margin of negative 1.2% for its Devices and Services Unit and an ASP of US$26 for its feature phones in the second quarter, Nokia still needs to implement more flexible policy in order to rekindle its handset business, said the industry sources.

　　The sources believe that Nokia is likely to release more orders for feature phones to ODMs since the company"s CEO Elop has revealed that its mobile phones business unit is planning to take actions to focus its product offering and improve product competitiveness.

　　With regard to smartphone, Nokia is scheduled to launch a new Windows 8-based model, the Lumia 625, in the third quarter of 2013 after just unveiling its top-end Lumia 1020, indicated the sources.

　　The Lumia 625, which is outsourced to Compal Communications, will come with a 4.7-inch display and is powered by a Qualcomm 1.2GHz dual-core processor. The model will be priced at US320, targeting the mid-range smartphone segment, revealed the sources.
