[b]1 Roles & Responsibilities[/b]
• Expect to drive correcting activities on reported problems and incidents. This means interacting with other groups, as well as users, to identify and correct what went wrong and to verify solutions.
• Daily monitoring of the application
• Continuously maintaining and make sure the systems are in good shape structurally and performance wise.
• Make root cause analysis of selected problems.
• Proactively make suggestions, to promote effectiveness of the systems.
• Participation in system development planning and design planning activities to secure feasibility of new requirements.
[b]2 Competences[/b]
• Bachelor degree or above
[b]• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written[/b]
• Social competence to handle work in a global organization with different nationalities, cultures, background and skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Architectural skills in software and information management.
• Experience of working with
o .NET C#
o Web Services
o Adobe Flash
o XML\XSL
o DCOM
o VB6
o IIS
o MS SQL Server 2000/5/8
o MS Access
o Templated HTML
o Javascript
[b]• Solid classical ASP knowledge[/b]
[b]An advantage if the candidate has:[/b]
• Experience in working with workflows
• Experience in working in complex network environments
• Knowledge of Sony Ericsson.
